Are you ready to take your company’s digital, technological development and product and process innovation to the next level?
There is a new dedicated tool, promoted by the MISE: the Voucher Innovation Manager, a non-repayable contribution introduced by the 2019 Budget Law for the purchase of consulting services aimed at supporting the processes of technological and digital transformation in companies.
The voucher is differentiated based on the type of company applying:
– For micro and small enterprises, the grant amounts to 50% of the incurred costs, up to a maximum of 40,000 euros.
– For medium-sized enterprises, it is 30% up to a maximum of 25,000 euros.
– In the case of network contracts, the voucher is 50% up to a maximum of 80,000 euros.
The expenses eligible for the contribution must be incurred as compensation for the specialized technology transfer services provided by a qualified, independent Innovation Manager temporarily integrated into the company or network, under a technology transfer contract lasting no less than nine months.
These expenses must be directed to and support the innovation, technological, and digital transformation processes through the application of one or more of the enabling technologies listed on MISE (See here under “Eligible Expenses”).
The application process for the incentive is divided into three phases:
1) Starting from 10:00 on October 31, 2019, a preliminary check is carried out to verify that the applicant meets the access requirements for the online procedure. In this phase, the applicant confirms they possess the necessary technical requirements and authorizations to access and use the online procedure. What do you need?
- The National Service Card of the legal representative (smart card, digital signature device);
- PEC (certified email);
- Company and legal representative demographic information.
2) From 10:00 on November 7, 2019 until 17:00 on November 26, 2019, the application for the incentive must be completed. In this phase, the applicant can perform the following activities:
- Access the online procedure (https://agevolazionidgiai.invitalia.it);
- Enter the required information and data to complete the application and upload the necessary attachments (see Attachment 1);
- Generate the application form as an unmodifiable “pdf” containing the information and data provided by the applicant and apply the digital signature;
- Upload the digitally signed application and receive the “application preparation code” necessary for its submission;
3) CLICK DAY. Starting from 10:00 on December 3, 2019, the application for the incentive is to be submitted. In this phase, the following activities take place:
- The applicant accesses the online procedure;
- The applicant enters, for the formal submission of the incentive application, the application identifier and the “application preparation code”;
- The online procedure issues a certificate confirming the successful submission of the application.
